What We’re Doing

I don’t know what you think or feel when you read that there are a number of churches in Morristown getting together in the back of a truck over five days and praying for Morristown, praying for the people, praying for the leaders, praying for the needs of the town, simply praying for Morristown. I hope you are encouraged.

Prayer is something that the majority of us believe in. The majority of us have a sense that there is a God, and we hope that He is listening and we hope that He is looking out for us. For me, and for the churches that are involved in “Pray for Morristown” we have more than a “sense”, more than a “hope”, we have a certainty that God is there for us, that He is looking out for us, and that He loves us. It is that certainty that led us to park a truck on The Green, and meet to pray there. It is a certainty that springs out of the relationship that we have with Him through Jesus Christ.

Why don’t you stop by, we would love to listen to you, to your needs, to your story and if you want to, we can pray together.
